Junior Red Wings win 7~4

Let’s go up the mountain to the Andreychuk Arena for some Ontario Junior Hockey League action between the Milton Icehawks and the Hamilton Junior Red Wings. And the wings flying in the first, Matt Smith swoops in to open the scoring at the 54 second mark. Nathan Gomes pounces on a rebound for the first of his two goals, here’s the second one, down low we go, and Gomes scores on a juicy rebound off the end boards.

The wings scored 4 in the first en route to a 7-4 win. Gomes had two, as did Christiano Digiacinto. The Red Wings have a 5-3 record, third in their division behind Buffalo and Milton.
