Judge rules wife statement can be used as evidence in the Jeremy Hall murder trial

Carol Anne Eaton has finished her testimony at the Billy Mason murder trial the wife of accused Jeremy Hall was kept in custody until that point, because she didn’t show up to court under a subpoena.

The judge has ruled that the statement she made to police in 2010, videotaped and under oath, can be used as evidence in this trial. That means we can now show you exactly how she implicated her husband for the 2006 murder of Billy Mason.
