A judge has decided evidence from two dating sites can be used in the murder trial of James Holmes.

He’s charged with killing 12 movie-goers at a theatre in Colorado last year.

Holmes had profiles on the sites “match.com” and “adult friend finder”. He’s accused of writing “Will you visit me in prison?” on both sites.

His attorney tried to block the evidence but prosecutors say it proves Holmes knew what he was doing in the days leading up to the shooting.
