Judge denies Ford video request

A judge has denied a request from lawyers asking for access to the video allegedly showing Rob Ford smoking crack. The lawyers were representing Mohammad Khattak (above, far right).

They argued that Khattak had nothing to do with video, and were trying to clear his name.

In his ruling, the judge confirmed that 2 different videos related to Ford smoking crack were seized by police, and that Ford is seen in one of them.

The judge said that although Khattak has a “legal interest in the video, allowing him to see it at this time would be premature.”
