Jobs coming to St. Catharines

125 new call centre jobs are coming to St. Catharines.  Sitel announced Wednesday that it’s adding the jobs to its customer service site on Ontario Street.  The company says the new, full time permanent positions, are the direct result of its continued growth and success in the city.  Sitel has 800 employees.  This news comes just days after the Transcom call centre in downtown St. Catharines announced it’s shutting down and laying off its entire staff of 260 people.
