James Cooper is in Toronto

There are reports that a notorious pedophile is living in Toronto after being released from prison again.

78-year old James Cooper, who is considered one of the worst sex offenders in Canadian history, has been on statutory release since September 17th.

The Hamilton native was sentenced to 30 years back in 1993 for torturing and sexually assaulting six children.

He was also on statutory release in a Brantford halfway house last year before being re-arrested for what was called “concerning behaviour.”
