Is Hamilton prepared for severe weather?

Officials say they are still doing what they can to restore power to the roughly 600 customers still without electricity after Monday’s severe weather tore through the city of Toronto and parts of the GTA.

We saw how mother nature brought Toronto to a standstill, but if the same kind of event happened in the largest city outside of the GTA, would the city of Hamilton be ready?
