Impaired driving charges

A 29 year old Hamilton man faces impaired driving charges, after staff at a Burger King drive-thru called police last night.

Police found the man and his car in the parking lot, and say he blew more than three times the legal limit.

He was released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
