Hydro repairs costing $1M a day

Toronto Hydro has restored power to all but 6000 customers. That number was updated this morning and is likely to fluctuate as more homes get hydro back today.

The company estimates repairs are costing roughly $1 million a day. It says that cost may be shared with users.
