Police say more human remains have been
discovered as they continue investigating the case of a woman’s
torso found dumped in a trash can in Kitchener.

Waterloo regional police spokesman Olaf Heinzel says additional
remains were recovered Thursday and Friday at two other locations in
Kitchener.

A torso later identified as the remains of 24-year-old Kelsey
Louise Felker was found in a trash bin behind an apartment building
last Saturday in the city.

Heinzel would not provide details on the new discovery out of
respect for the family, saying only that the remains have been
transported to Hamilton for an autopsy and forensic analysis.

He says investigators are looking into the possibility there is a
third scene with more body parts.

Stephen Johnson, 37, of Kitchener, has been charged with
first-degree murder and indignity to a human body in connection with
Felker’s death.
