Hospitalized truck driver to be charged

Hamilton police say they’re getting an arrest warrant for the driver of a truck that crashed Sunday, before he’s released from the hospital.

A 46 year old man is accused of taking his sister’s truck without her permission and crashing it on Jones Road in Stoney Creek.

He faces a number of charges including dangerous driving.
