Tory claims victory in Toronto race

(Updated) Polls put John Tory ahead in Toronto for much of the later stages of this campaign.

But there was always a “what-if” and “Ford factor” at play in that race. Predictions seemed precarious at times, but in the end the polls panned out for Tory.
