Toronto Police are looking for the public’s help as they try to track down two memorial plaques stolen from a Highway of Heroes’ overpass.

The True Patriot Love Foundation says the two plaques were taken from the Highway 401 overpass at Victoria Park between December 2012 and February 2013.

The brass plaques measure about 46 centimetres by 60 centimetres. The name of the corporate sponsor, Enbridge, is also on the plaques.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Toronto Police.
