Monday’s heavy rains may have caused a building in Etobicoke to partially collapse. The building is not far from Pearson International Airport, on Belfield Road between Kipling Avenue and Martin Grove Road.

The exact cause of the collapse is still under investigation, but it is believed to be flood related. The roof of the warehouse caved in and part of a wall also came down.

Emergency crews first arrived on scene Monday night, and returned Tuesday afternoon. Police are asking people to stay clear of the area.
