Health & safety violations being examined after York workplace tragedy

A Toronto man in his mid-twenties who has only been identified as “Kyle” was pulled from underneath a massive drilling rig, early this morning at a York University construction site.

He was crushed to death and as Cindy Csordas reports, Ontario’s labour ministry is now investigating whether or not the company that employed him had violated the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
