A Haunted House 2 is the follow-up to the 2013 comedy horror film A Haunted House. A parody of “found footage” horror films like Paranormal Activity, the film stars Marlon Wayans as Malcom, a man who meets and moves in with Megan (Jaime Pressly) after his previous girlfriend dies in a car accident. He soon discovers that his new house is plagued by paranormal events, and to add to the weird, his dead ex-girlfriend moves in across the street.

Panned by critics when it was released last year, A Haunted House made almost $60 million worldwide. The movie only had a $2.5 million budget, making it an easy decision for the studio to green-light the sequel. The film also stars Cedric the Entertainer, Essence Atkins, and Gabriel Iglesias.

A Haunted House 2 is rated 14A.
