Updated In Scarborough today prime minister Stephen Harper was meeting with Toronto’s mayor Rob Ford to discuss the rash of gun violence in the city.

This comes a day after Ford met with premier McGuinty and police chief Bill Blair. Our Sean Leathong was there with some local residents who are hoping that these meetings are more than just talk.
