Harper: “Do I seem like I smoke marijuana?”

A question to prime minister Stephen Harper about marijuana provoked the giggles at a Toronto news conference.
CHCH’s Lisa Hepfner asked Harper about the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police’s recent stand on ticketing pot smokers – and then followed up by asking whether he had taken a toke.
“Do I seem like I smoke marijuana?”
Harper then reiterated that his asthma made smoking anything out of the question, then attacked Justin Trudeau of poor judgement for his admission that he had taken a toke after he had become a member of parliament, and accused Trudeau of promoting pot use among children.
The prime minister was in Toronto to announce tougher sentences for those convicted of crimes against children.
