Hamilton’s scooters
The city of Hamilton has been called many things, including The Ambitious City, The City of Waterfalls, The Hammer and The Steel City.
There’s also an unofficial nickname that some aren’t so proud of: Scooterville. That’s because of the number of motorized scooters one sees — the four-wheeled kind — especially in the centre of Hamilton. However, a new film wants to change that perception by celebrating scooters, and those who actually need them.
Filmmaker Brandon Dean appeared on Square Off to discuss the issue and his upcoming film.
