Some good news for customers of one of Hamilton’s oldest bridal shops, Rainbow Bridal.

The store, which has been in business for 90 years, shut its doors on Monday, making some brides worried about getting their dresses. CHCH News has heard from some customers that the store has been accommodating, and is contacting brides about their purchases.

One bride CHCH News spoke to on Monday says she received her dress and veil yesterday. The store issued a notice about the closure on their Facebook page, but could not be reached for comment.

Brides can book an appointment to pick up their dress, or get a refund, by emailing the company.
