The fourth annual All Abilities Fashion Show had children with disabilities shining as the fundraiser event proved there are “no limits” in celebrating one another.

The event serves as a fundraiser for the Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre, with all proceeds going towards recreation programs, autism services, developmental pediatrics, rehabilitation, mental health, prosthetics, and orthotics services offered by the centre.

The kids themselves were the stars of the day at this fundraiser that featured food, entertainment, and vendors to purchase items.

The show was created by Melissa Petrilli, whose son Max was a patient at the centre. After her family’s experience at the centre, Melissa was inspired to create the show to raise funds for the services provided to children in the community.

Her clothing line “Living Life to the Max” has been designed to meet the needs of kids with special needs.

“There’s no limits. Everyone should be celebrated and every milestone no matter how big or small is equally important to each family and we are just here to celebrate them.”
