Hamiltonians not digging slow snow removal

It may be early in the winter season but if the snow clearing in Hamilton after the boxing day snowfall is any indication, it could be a long winter for many city residents.

Eight days after the sustained snowfall, thousands of residents are still trying to clear their streets. The snow plows simply haven’t shown up. Scot Urquhart sampled a few streets today trying to get a sense of how bad the shortfall in service has been.
