Hamilton wants to know if you are using your toilet properly

The City of Hamilton has launched a campaign to help educate residents on what is and what is not suitable to flush down toilets.

As the city’s wastewater treatment plant undergoes a $330 million renovation and expansion, officials want to educate Hamiltonian’s about their toilet etiquette, because what we flush could end up costing us in the end

The online survey should only take about five minutes to complete and asks a series of questions about your flushing habits.
