Hamilton walk-in clinic to offer second dose of AstraZeneca this weekend

We now have a date and time for a special walk-in clinic in Hamilton offering a second dose of AstraZeneca for those eligible.

Last week, the province announced it would let Ontarians who received an AstraZeneca shot between Mar. 10 and Mar. 19 get their second shot earlier.

The City of Hamilton is holding a vaccine clinic for people who got their first AstraZeneca shot at a local primary care clinic within that timeframe.

It’s happening this weekend both Saturday and Sunday at Hamilton Health Science’s West End Clinic.

Organizers say they expect to have enough for anyone eligible who wants it.

From Public Health: “These clinics are only open to people who received their first dose of AstraZeneca between March 10, 2021 and March 19, 2021 at a Primary Care Clinic in Hamilton.”
