Hamilton vaccination clinics focusing on residents who have English as a second language

As the province continues to improve its vaccination rate, there still are millions of Ontarians that haven’t received their jab. Clinics across Hamilton have been focusing their attention on those residents who have English as a second language, and are lost in the system. Phil Perkins reports.
