Hamilton robbery arrest

A Hamilton man has been charged after a robbery and police chase.

Tuesday night, police spotted a suspect vehicle after a robbery at a convenience store on Upper Gage on Hamilton Mountain.

When they tried to stop the car, the driver hit a cruiser and it spun out of control.

He driver took off, but has now been arrested.

42 year old Clayton Penn is charged with robbery and dangerous driving.
