Hamilton residents considering legal action against tiny home plan

The City of Hamilton could be facing a new challenge over its plan for a community of tiny homes for the homeless.

Some residents are hoping to launch legal action to block the city’s plan.

These include people from the North Hamilton area around the site on Barton and Tiffany streets where the tiny homes are going to be located.

They’re afraid of what it could mean for their neighbourhood.
