Officers have reviewed hundreds of hours of surveillance footage to identify those present during the attack.

Two teens have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

Police are looking to speak with a man they say was in a position to be able to see what happened.

He was seen leaving the area heading northbound across the parking lot of 11 Kendale Ct. and hopped the fence and continued into the housing complex at 45 Montcalm Dr.

He’s believed to be in his early 20s and was wearing a grey and black t-shirt, dark pants and black shoes.
