Hamilton Police seek identity of man

Hamilton Police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify a man found dead on the Red Hill Valley Trail on Friday.

The man was not carrying identification when he was found in the area of the Red Hill Valley Parkway. An autopsy revealed he died of natural causes.

He was found wearing jeans, a blue, green and grey shirt and a green jacket. He also had with him a yellow and blue “Explorer” backpack with a beige thermos and plastic container. He’s described as white, around 60 to 70-years-old, about 5’10” and 172 lbs. He has brown eyes, short receding grey hair and a scruffy grey beard.

Anyone with information on the man’s identity is asked to call Hamilton Police.
