A 60-year-old man has been arrested after police responded to a “prowler” call on Hamilton Mountain.

A homeowner called 911 around 2:30 a.m. Monday after they spotted someone in the backyard of their Dickenson Rd. East home near Nebo Rd.

Officers arrived on scene and found a man exiting the garage. He was arrested and is facing break and enter charges, and breach of recognizance.

Police say the man was in possession of property that may have been stolen. They are still investigating the incident and are asking any other potential victims to come forward.
