Hamilton Police release security video of suspected arson

Hamilton Police are searching for a man in connection with arson.

Fire crews and police were called to a car fire on Mount Pleasant Dr., near Rymal Rd. E and Upper Gage Ave., on June 12.

Police say a homeowner found his 2017 GMC Sierra truck on fire in his driveway around 4:30 a.m.

Security video from the area shows a man stop by the parked truck, then walk away as the vehicle ignites.

The truck was badly damaged.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
