York Regional Police have arrested 18 people in an investigation dubbed Project Tugboat.

Police say they have seized 13 kilograms of cocaine, and eight-and-a-half kilos of opium. They also seized guns, ammunition and money after searching multiple residences across ontario.

OPP, Hamilton, Toronto and Durham Police were all involved in the investigation along with the Canada Border Services Agency.
