Hamilton police on scene after multi-vehicle crash on Aberdeen Avenue

Hamilton police were on scene at Dundurn Street and Aberdeen Avenue after a multi-vehicle collision led to a car crashing into a nearby restaurant Wednesday morning.

Police say four people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

One of the vehicles struck The Aberdeen Tavern during the crash, causing minimal damage.

A building inspector has been called to the site as a precaution, but the restaurant remains open for regular service.

The roads have since been reopened.
