Hamilton police make arrest in city’s 7th homicide of 2013

Hamilton police have laid murder charges after a man hurt in a fight at a Hamilton group home died of his injuries.

Melissa Raftis joins us now live with more on the city’s seventh homicide of the year.

Hamilton Police have arrested a 33-year old man in the city’s 7th homicide of 2013.

John Bark is charged with second degree murder in the death of 44-year old Daniel Demerino.

Demerino was seriously injured after a fight with a fellow resident at the emerald lodge care facility.
