Hamilton police looking to identify suspect in sex offense at Jackson Square

Hamilton police are seeking the public’s help in identifying an individual involved in a sex offense investigation at Jackson Square on July 23.
Officers say that shortly after 1 p.m. on July 23 a suspect was seen masturbating at a commercial business within Jackson Square.
The suspect is described as a white male with a thin build, brown hair, and brown beard. He was wearing a light red t-shirt with graphics and carrying a blue backpack at the time of the incident.
