Hamilton police are looking to identify a suspect in a series of break-ins at two churches in the city last fall.

The first incident on Oct. 19 saw the suspect force their way into a church on the west Hamilton Mountain and steal various items, such as tools and religious artifacts, before fleeing the scene.

The same suspect was linked to a break-in at a church near Sherman Avenue North about a month later.

Police say the victims in these break-ins have asked for their identity to not be shared.

The suspect is described as a white man, approximately 30-years-old, with a medium build and a full dark beard.
