Hamilton Police investigate weekend shooting on east mountain

Hamilton Police continue to investigate a shooting on the east mountain this weekend.

Police say multiple shots were fired into a residence on Locheed Dr., near Upper Ottawa St. and Limeridge Rd., just after 10 p.m. on Saturday.

A light-coloured vehicle was seen driving past the home before leaving the area.

No injuries were reported.

Police are asking people in the area to check their security cameras for any suspicious activity.
