Hamilton police investigate two separate overnight stabbings

Hamilton police are investigating two separate stabbings that happened overnight in the city.
The first incident took place just before midnight on Thursday.
Police say there was a fight involving five males at a Pizza Pizza in Stoney Creek.
Two men in their late teens were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two youths were charged with assault and have since been released to their parents.
A 22-year-old man was charged with assault with a weapon.
Hamilton police say a knife was seized during the investigation.
Officers were called to a second stabbing in Westdale roughly an hour later.
Police say a man suffered minor injuries after being stabbed on Whitney Rd.
Investigators are looking for a male but have not released a suspect description at this time.
