Hamilton police investigate sexual offence

Hamilton police are investigating after an incident where a man approached a young person asking them to perform a sexual act and then exposed himself.

On Monday, just before 8:30 p.m., police responded to the incident in the area of Cannon Street East near Lottridge Street.

Police say they are currently looking for a black man in his 20’s, medium build, short black hair and wearing a bright orange crew neck sweater, dark coloured track pants and sandals. He was last seen south on Barnsdale Ave, N riding a dark blue mountain bike.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
