Hamilton police investigate pharmacy robbery

Hamilton police are trying to identify a suspect who allegedly stole powerful pain medication from a pharmacy on Hamilton Mountain.
Officers responded to the Remedy RX Pharmacy at 908 Garth St. shortly after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday for reports of a robbery.
Police were told that a man entered the store with his face covered and made demands for drugs.
The suspect took an undisclosed amount of prescription pain medication and fled the area in a light coloured SUV. Police say no one was injured during the robbery.
