Hamilton police investigate east end shooting

Hamilton police are appealing to residents to check their security cameras following an early morning shooting in the city’s east end.

Officers were called to the area of Oriole Cres. and Britannia Ave. around 1:30 a.m. Sunday for reports of a shooting.

A man told police that his vehicle had been shot several times. No injuries were reported.

Police are looking for a newer model, white, four-door sedan with tinted windows. It was last seen heading north on Oriole Cres.
