Hamilton police are warning drivers to expect the unexpected

Expect more traffic on the roads tomorrow as students go back to school. Distracted driving is also a big issue. Fines for distracted driving went up January 1st. Those penalties are for a first offence. If you get caught a second or third time within five years, those penalties double and triple.
