Hamilton police and The Boys and Girls Club of Hamilton have teamed up for their second annual community barbeque

The aim of the event is to raise funds for local families in need. All the proceeds raised goes to The Boys and Girls Club.

Organizers are hoping to raise more than $5,000 to provide school supplies and clothing for children come September.

Organizers hope that this partnership helps to foster a positive relationship between police and youth in the city.
