Hamilton outdoor areas butt out
Updated Tonight at midnight, parks and recreation areas in the city of Hamilton will become smoke free.
A new by-law means smokers will have to butt out in public places, or face a hefty fine. Toronto, Ottawa and Welland already have similar by-laws in place.
If you get caught smoking in a park in Hamilton, you could be slapped with a 365 dollar fine. Adam Atkinson reports.
