Hamilton officer charged

A Hamilton police officer has been charged with arson and fraud.

31-year old Hoang Pham reported his car stolen twice last year.

Both times it was recovered, the second time it had been damaged by fire.
Both alleged thefts were reported to his insurance company.
The six-year member of the force was arrested yesterday… and has been suspended from duty.
