Hamilton man charged with impaired

A Hamilton man is facing impaired driving charges, after being found with *three* times the legal limit in his system.

43 year old Frank Garvin was arrested driving erratically on Highway 3 in Haldimand County Saturday.

Police also found a small amount of marijuana in his possession.

He’s scheduled to appear in a Cayuga court at a later date.
