Hamilton man, 19, wanted by police for ‘several violent offences’

Hamilton police have issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old man in connection with “several violent offences.”

Rory Costello, of Hamilton, is wanted for sexual assault, criminal harassment, uttering threats, assault, and assault with a weapon.

Hamilton police say they were notified on Sept. 12, 2018 about a number of incidents involving Costello.

Police say the teen has been actively evading arrest since that time.

Investigators believe the alleged incidents were targeted but are warning the public not to approach Costello if he is seen. Instead, contact 911 immediately.

Hamilton police say they are not releasing further information in order to protect the identities of the other people involved in the alleged incidents.
