Hamilton lawyer, John Wallace Findlay could be sentenced to three years in federal prison.

Findlay was a lawyer when he defrauded Caledonian residents out of nearly $2,000,000 from their class action settlement fund.

John Findlay will return to court on Monday, August 26, for final sentencing.
