Hamilton kindergarten student lands himself in two record books

Five-year-old Aadhyan Maddela has landed himself in two record books for being really smart.
Aadhyan can look at a blank map and tell you which country is which. He can store information like no other.
Born in India, Aadhyan was recently recognized in the Asia Book of Records as the fastest kid to recall all USA presidents in exactly 44 seconds. Aadhyan can also recognize 195 world flags that landed him in the India Book of Records.
His parents say they started to notice he was well ahead of his years by the time he was two, “he started learning their [presidents] names in an order, and he would draw their faces as well.”
Aadhyan is a kindergarten student at St. Mark Catholic Elementary School in Stoney Creek. His teacher, Pamela Mastroianni says he’s doing grade three level math and is well beyond his years for reading, too. “I’m able to give him just like a magazine, or any other book in this library and he can read it,” Mastroianni said.
His family recently moved to Canada, his parents prouder than ever of their son who hasn’t skipped a beat.
