There were dramatic moments inside and outside the John Sopinka Courthouse in Hamilton Friday.

In the courtroom, a sexual assault victim described the impact of his assault by Hamilton Doctor Daniel Marshall more than 20 years ago. Then outside court, a member of the the doctor’s family lashed out at the media. Al Sweeney was covering the proceedings and has the story.
